About FAFO

We are FAFO, the Fachverein für Forschung. We're a non-commercial self-funded research lab based in Munich.

We are only getting started, but our aim is to research anything and everything related to DIY semiconductors, alongside other projects.

Kinda, but not really. While we operate on the basis of voluntary membership, we do not have an open registration policy and do not actively seek new members.

If you're looking for a hackerspace in Munich, we can recommend muCCC, most of us hang out there from time to time.
