FAFO e.V.

Welcome! We are a brand new non-profit semiconductor research, applied science and analytical chemistry lab in Munich.

We are also group of friends who wanted a space to do the kind of research we've always wanted, but couldn't do at our local hackerspaces - either due to space constraints, or lack of structures allowing for a safe operation of a proper lab.

We're inspired by the likes of Sam Zeloof, Hacker Fab and others. Our aim is to contribute to the global movement of DIY semiconductors by pushing the limits of what can be done in a non-commercial, unaffiliated grassroots setting. While we're starting out in the area of DIY semiconductor research, there's no telling where we'll end up.
