 +Looking at a (sandpaper-)decapped chip under an optical microscope. The chip is positioned using the [[projects:micromanipulator:start|Open Micro-Manipulator]], which gives very convenient X/Y and focus control.

 +A plate capacitor on a glass slide, as it is being measures in our wafer probing station.

 +The capacitor is made from multiple layers of thin-film coating (Al and SiO₂) produced in our [[equipment:edwards-306:start|Edwards AUTO 306 Coating System]].
